Called him at 6ish pm for termites issues.. came by within 2hrs.. turned out to be drywood termites frm a wooden painting frame tt we bought 6 yrs back.. advised to discard d painting and problem gone..went xtra mile to check on my other wooden furniture.. and gladly sharing his knowledge with a smile on his face.. All at no cost ????.. he came frm yishun to tampines and goin home to western part of spore????????????????????services indeed!!! Will definitely engage his services for other pest related matters!!”

However, the 1 month warranty has not been held when I requested for his services subsequently after 2 treatments. He claimed this is because I did not follow his advice to get rid of my furniture. This is misrepresentation since the 1 month warranty he promised did not state any prior conditions. Had I known I would have paid more to engage another company who promised the problem will be solved.”

I had previously engaged two other pests control and even though they mentioned they will clear the problem, both companies did not live up to its promise and the problem returned. Zack gave me a good price, and unlimited baiting until my problem is solved, with a time period promise that if it returned, they will head down. Apart from that, he was extremely patient, explaining the situation to me and I can clearly remember him saying, “if you give me time, I will fix the problem.” He lived up to his promise. Excellent work, and I highly recommend their services.”
